A 25-member, volunteer board of directors governs the United Way of St. Thomas-St. John. We welcome seven new committed, concerned Virgin Islands citizens, who were officially elected at our Annual Meeting held on March 28th, 2008 at Mahogany Run Golf Course. Active board members have governing responsibilities, which include participation in monthly board meetings, service on one or more of United Way’s ten committees, long-range planning, ensuring the success of the fundraising drive and financial accountability of the organization.
