St. Thomas, VI – The 2004-2005 Virgin Islands Combined Federal Campaign (VICFC) will start on October 20, 2004.  This once-a-year charity drive supported and run by federal government employees through payroll deduction and cash donations, helps those agencies that contribute to the well being of our community.  Those community human care, non-profit agencies that wish to be listed in the 2004-2005 VICFC brochure must fill out an application form.  Applications are available by calling Thyra Hammond at 774-3185 or Roberto Caraballo, chairman of the 2004-2005 VICFC at 774-8815.  The deadline for applying to be included in the local list of organizations is September 30, 2004.
